We file apostilles for documents notarized in any state, not just Virginia. However,
documents notarized through our Virginia-based RON service cannot themselves be apostilled. Apostille-bound documents need in-person notarization, or notarization by a notary commissioned in an apostille-eligible state, before we can file for the apostille.
