I'm Dawn, a commissioned Virginia notary public and electronic notary based in Bristol, Virginia. Over the past five years, I've completed more than 4,700 notarizations for individuals, families, title companies and businesses.

My Document Office brings my notary services together in one place: remote online notarization, remote loan signings and certified translations. For apostille clients, I also offer in-person notarization by appointment at libraries in Southwest Virginia. For documents headed abroad, my apostille service has its own home at My Document Apostilles.

When you work with My Document Office, you work with me. I'll answer your questions, check the details and keep you updated until your document is done.
